James Marcellino
James Marcellino applies more than 30 years of successful entrepreneurial experience, including co-founding two separate healthcare support organizations. At each, he built a model for rapid growth, unified branding, reimagined marketing strategy, and via strategic M&A nearly tripled revenues and doubled locations. James led the process for selling both groups through private equity, after restructuring debt facilities for the doctors.
James possesses all of the superior management skills required in a world-class organizational leader. His ability to assess, deconstruct, and then communicate complex business issues gives him a leading management strength that permeates entire organizations. He founded FSC Group, a boutique consulting firm, where is continues helping businesses here and abroad.
James graduated with honors from the University of La Verne where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He also completed graduate course work in management, finance, and business law at Florida International University.
Vincent Cardillo
Vincent Cardillo is a proven industry leader with over 25 years of experience in leadership/partner roles in three healthcare support organizations. The latest ranked #14 on the 2014 of INC. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest-growing private companies with growth of over 12,000%. Vincent was instrumental in authoring the vision and managing the execution for each of these organizations. He is a “key-man” with unique insights and executive level thinking.
His ability to successfully build and manage teams across an enterprise and identify and drive metrics, has led to substantially increased shareholder value in his companies. Vincent has worked with private equity firms and financial institutions consulting with a variety of projects, providing expertise in operations, strategy, and financing.
Vincent is the founder and leader of Maeva Advisors, a provider of outsourced C-Suite services to healthcare groups, and investment professionals looking to make an investment in a Medical Service Organization. He earned a BA from SUNY Potsdam, an MBA from Clarkson University, and an Executive Degree in Managed Care from University of Connecticut.
